Inside Sales Executive

Join an ambitious start-up in the environmental tech space, pioneering sensor technology that drives sustainability. Having recently secured Series A funding they're scaling quickly and are looking for a self-motivated, sales-driven individual to help expand our reach in key markets worldwide.

About the Role

  • Manage and nurture relationships with distributors and resellers, building strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Respond promptly to incoming sales leads, qualify opportunities, and deliver accurate quotations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue targets and grow the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain and optimise the CRM (HubSpot) to ensure seamless processes.
  • Represent the organisation passionately at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
  • Oversee administrative duties and contribute to the team's collective success.

About You

  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented professional with a passion for sales and business development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and adaptability to changing business needs.
  • 3+ years of inside sales or account management experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • A team player eager to contribute to a growing organisation and achieve shared success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Package

  • Salary: Up to £45,000 base, plus a performance-related bonus
  • Equity: Exceptional equity offering in a rapidly growing business.
  • Hybrid working- 3/4 days a week in Cambridgeshire office.
