Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding service? We're seeking a Service & Repairs Coordinator to join a fast-paced team in Ferndown and play a vital role in coordinating repair and service operations.
As a Service & Repairs Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of scheduling and communication—ensuring that engineers are where they need to be, customers are well-informed, and jobs run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and coordinate upcoming repair, service, and ECO work
- Manage engineer diaries and day-to-day job administration
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams, engineers, and customers
- Make daily courtesy calls and communicate work updates
- Issue RAMS for all booked work and manage documentation
- Arrange travel, parts, and equipment for engineers
- Create and manage purchase orders for required materials and plant hire
- Maintain up-to-date trackers and process engineer worksheets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving ability and calm under pressure
- Awareness of health & safety best practices
