Williams Lea seeks a Senior Presentations Designer to join our team!

Purpose of role
The Senior Presentations Designer will work as part of a team, collaborating closely with clients to produce high-quality presentation materials. This role provides the opportunity to engage with stakeholders in a professional, consultative, and supportive manner. You will be responsible for overseeing the final output, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines, as well as maintaining alignment with the bank’s template and corporate guidelines. Additionally, you will work in partnership with the Workflow Coordinator to provide updates on workflow, deadlines, and any potential challenges, ensuring client needs are managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with both internal clients and team members to prepare presentations
- Design and produce presentation materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign
- Format documents in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Develop new presentation templates aligned with different Visual Identities
- Review and enhance existing presentations, recommending and implementing improvements
Key Competencies:
- Strong understanding of content organization and hierarchy
- Highly skilled in creating infographics and visualizing content
- Advanced technical expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with a strong background in presentation design
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
- Strong proofing and quality control skills
- Ability to develop high-quality creative solutions for page content
- Thorough understanding of brand guidelines
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Strong understanding of customer service principles
