We’re working with a leading organisation based in Edinburgh that’s looking for an experienced contractor to join their HR Technology team on a 6-month contract . The business implemented Workday several years ago and is now seeking an expert to help optimise, evolve, and get the most from the platform. Your Role Will Involve: Leading the review and optimisation of existing Workday processes and reporting structures Partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective, scalable Workday HCM solutions Working hands-on within Workday Studio and Extend to support and enhance functionality Supporting new integrations and configurations across the Workday ecosystem Advising on best practices to maximise business value from Workday usage Creating and maintaining advanced reports using Workday Report Designer (BIRT) and Calculated Fields Assisting with testing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues across HCM modules Ensuring robust data governance and Workday security compliance ️ Modules You’ll Be Supporting: HCM | Recruiting | Extend | Studio | Learning | Career Hub | Advanced Compensation | Security | Report Writing This is an excellent opportunity to drive transformation in a forward-thinking, data-led HR function.
