Lead QA Engineer

Lead QA Engineer Location : Watford Hybrid : 2/3 days per week onsite Salary : £60,000-£70,000 doe Were looking for a hands-on Lead QA Engineer to take full ownership of quality strategy and execution across a complex software platform. What You’ll Do: Define and lead QA strategy, tools, and processes Drive quality across frontend, backend, APIs, infrastructure & billing systems Mentor and lead a high-performing QA team Collaborate closely with product, engineering & operations Own release testing & go-live quality gates Track and report on key quality metrics What You Bring: Proven leadership in QA for complex platforms Deep experience in both manual and automated testing End to End testing Release experience Strong Agile mindset and SDLC knowledge Skilled in tools like Selenium, Cypress, Postman, and CI/CD environments Experience in IoT or billing systems is desired but not essential If you are interested then please apply today!
