We’re looking for an ambitious Restaurant Manager to join our stylish Italian restaurant, offering good Italian/American food in a relaxed setting. If you’re an Assistant Restaurant Manager or experienced Restaurant Supervisor who’s ready to step into your first Restaurant management role, this is the perfect next move.

We’re now looking for someone up-and-coming, full of energy, and ready to help drive standards, boost morale, and gee the team along as we strengthen our newly formed team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support daily restaurant operations with a hands-on leadership style
  • Bring a buzz to the floor encourage, energise, and motivate your team
  • Lead on staff training, inductions, and recruitment of new team members
  • Help drive staff incentives, build engagement, and keep service standards high
  • Handle paperwork and operational procedures efficiently and with attention to detail
  • Assist in nurturing and developing our newly formed front-of-house team
