What You'll Be Doing

Support daily restaurant operations with a hands-on leadership style

Bring a buzz to the floor encourage, energise, and motivate your team

Lead on staff training, inductions, and recruitment of new team members

Help drive staff incentives, build engagement, and keep service standards high

Handle paperwork and operational procedures efficiently and with attention to detail

Assist in nurturing and developing our newly formed front-of-house team

What We're Looking For

Someone ideally ready for their first Restaurant Manager position a step-up role

From a branded Italian or fast paced gastro restaurant or 4-star hotel background

Excitable, positive, and engaging someone who brings others along with them

Strong on people a natural trainer and motivator
