Location: Remote Commitment: Part-time to full-time Compensation: Equity / Token Allocation (No salary at this stage) NeonNonce is a crypto-native gambling protocol on Solana, building a permissionless on-chain casino that offers provably fair games and peer-to-peer betting. We operate at the intersection of blockchain infrastructure, game theory, and DeFi-native UX. We are currently seeking a Founding Smart Contract Engineer to join our core team. This is a co-founder position with no salary initially, but with significant ownership and influence over the direction of the protocol and product.
