  • Support the commissioning and rollout of new rack builds and infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate and liaise with third-party vendors for deliveries, cross-connects, and fault resolution.
  • Assist with hardware integration and lifecycle management, including inventory and logistics tracking.
  • Participate in the on-call and weekend rota to ensure reliable coverage across operational hours.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Hands-on experience in colocation trading environments and associated infrastructure demands or related infrastructure roles.

  • Solid knowledge of network cabling standards and best practices.
  • Experience with PDU and rack power planning.
  • Proven organisational, problem-solving, and workflow planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities in high-pressure environments.

  • Comfort using collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Confluence, Excel).

Working Arrangements:

  • Based in London, with regular travel to local datacentre sites.
  • Participation in the DC Ops rota, including some weekends and holiday shifts (with time off in lieu).
  • Onsite gym, sauna, and fitness classes at no charge.
  • Extensive medical benefits including an on-site doctor and therapist at no charge.
  • Breakfast and lunch provided daily.
  • Various supports for caregivers, including emergency dependent care.
