We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to work for a large utilities company based in Reading.
ROLE: Customer Service Advisor
JOB TYPE: 3 months with extension likely
LOCATION: Reading
HOURS: Full time, 37 hours, Monday to Friday
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid working - currently 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. This is NOT a fully remote position.
THE ROLE:
- You will support the already customers ranging from both inbound and outbound telephony.
- You will support the already customers via email and website communications.
- You will check outbound/inbound customer letters.
- Data entry.
- Telephony experience is essential for this role.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Must be comfortable handling high volume of calls daily.
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of utilities is desirable, although training will be provided.
- Good IT Skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
