We are partnered with an established and scaling Commodities Trading fund in London who are looking for a Development Team Lead to join their team. They are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to own E2E development projects within their front office team, act as SME for project-related issues and upskill engineers around them to improve overall delivery.

- Strong background in trading development (Python or C# desirable)
- Previous experience leading a technical team
