I'm working with a central government body looking to hire an IT Admin Manager with fantastic problem solving skills to join a growing team. This is a great step to join a government organisation that does some fantastic work and is growing its presence in the Newcastle office.

The IT Admin Manager will be proficient in the Microsoft suite, confident with technology, able to liaise with suppliers and different internal teams and have a can-do attitude. You will have an important role in the overall organisation of the technical teams, onboarding of new staff members, troubleshooting any technical issues and overseeing IT Assets.

Skills required for the IT Admin Manager are:

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, able to troubleshoot basic IT issues
  • Great customer service skills, speaking with suppliers and staff members over the phone and face to face
  • Experience with Service Now is a benefit
  • An expert communicator & Great Enthusiasm
