A leading High Street supplier to River Island, ASOS and Primark is looking for a Buying Admin Assistant to join their expanding team! You will naturally show a passion for high street fashion with an understanding of current trends. A great role for a graduate with some buying experience in a fashion retail or wholesale head office.

Key responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support
  • Managing critical path, ensuring smooth running from initial order to delivery
  • To initiate costings and understand procedures
  • To action costings from fit comments where required
  • Raising purchase orders

Requirements:

  • Preferable completed a Fashion related Course/Degree
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, co-ordination and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Good computer skills: Microsoft Office/Excel
  • Proactive and uses initiative
