Job Purpose: Facilitating operational daily activities within the Resourcing Hub team by providing high quality administrative and coordination support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and allocating to Categories in Offshore Mail box
- Assisting with Face Fits – Eye fit (arranging and completing)
- Managing Stock PPE levels for Distribution – Stock taking Monthly (Tidy Stock Room)
- Ordering PPE for New Starts
- Advertising Vacancies
- Booking hotels – Weekly Hotel Invoices
- Booking Travel for Site Visits and Onshore/Office based staff
- Booking Car Hire and Flights for office staff
- Scanning and uploading of paperwork and Certs
- Updating and maintaining systems
- Sending jobs on IGRIS to personnel
- Assist and involvement with TAR preparations
- Dealing with contract administration and issuing contracts during peak times
- Any other Admin Tasks
Skills & Qualifications:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail, diligence and self-discipline
