Asset Manager - BTR

Their London headquarters houses 60+ investment and finance professionals, plus 120+ on-site property management experts. They directly manage 4,600+ Build-to-Rent apartments and 400 PBSA units, partnering with leading global institutional investors.

The Role: Asset Manager

The successful candidate will take strategic ownership of their diverse portfolio spanning 25 operational assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Performance: Monitor and optimize operating results to maximize cash flow and profitability
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with property teams to identify challenges and architect solutions
• Capital Projects: Oversee expenditure projects from conception to completion, managing stakeholders and contracts
• Revenue Optimization: Troubleshoot leasing challenges and drive rent performance
• Strategic Planning: Lead annual budget reviews and present to executives, investors, and partners
• Site Leadership: Conduct regular strategic site visits across UK locations

The Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years institutional real estate experience with understanding of valuations and investment thesis
• Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills
• Proven ability to build compelling business cases for senior executive approval
