Job Description

Excellent training opportunity for law graduate (or similar) to work in the legal sector and help with applying technology tools to improve how legal services are delivered.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist users to resolve queries, escalating to others in the team where required

Trained to become a subject matter expert on all of the tools managed by the Legal Technology team (includes software such as HighQ and AI platforms)

Provide admin support

Configure basic client sites/projects

Monitor usage of software and assist in analysing data captured by various solutions, including monthly reporting

Help to support with the upskilling of both internal and external clients to ensure they experience the value and benefits of technology

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

This would suit a law graduate who doesn’t want to qualify and who demonstrates a clear passion for legal technology

Excellent training opportunity for someone with excellent I.T. skills or with some relevant experience in professional services

A curiosity and desire to learn how processes work and fit together.

A high level of attention to detail

A positive and enthusiastic team player

Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise
