Electrical Maintenance Engineer Heathrow £38,000 – £42,000 + Package An excellent opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM service provider at a prestigious commercial site near Heathrow. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic and high-profile environment, maintaining essential building systems to the highest standards. You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of electrical and building services systems, ensuring compliance and minimal downtime for the client. This role suits a qualified and skilled engineer who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced setting. Duties Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance on systems, including Single and Three Phase Power, UPS, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, and more. Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults and conducting routine safety checks. Supporting mechanical systems and other building services where required. Maintaining compliance records, logbooks, and documentation. Liaising with clients and attending regular performance meetings.
