Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve automated trading algorithms
• Conduct quantitative research to refine strategies and manage risk
• Develop Python tools for CeFi and DeFi trading infrastructure
• Collaborate on the research and deployment of new CeFi/DeFi strategies

Requirements

• 1+ years of live trading experience with a proven track record
• Strong Python or Rust programming skills
• Experience in crypto market making, OTC, or DeFi trading
• Familiarity with electronic trading and large-scale data analysis
• Demonstrated consistent returns
