Head of Non-Investment (Dubai) - Leading Multi-Strat Hedge Fund - Highly Competitive Base/Bonus and Relocation Package

We are working with a leading multi-strategy hedge fund that is expanding across the UAE. As part of this growth, they are hiring a Head of Non-Investment to be based in Dubai — a newly created leadership role covering fund finance, operations, performance reporting, and platform buildout.This is a high-impact position that will work closely with the firm\’s CFO and CIO while building out local infrastructure to support a growing Middle East presence. The role carries a broad remit across fund accounting, trade operations, legal and tax coordination, vendor oversight, and performance analytics, with a particular focus on establishing scalable systems and processes for a multi-strategy public markets platform. You will be responsible for overseeing the full trade lifecycle across global markets — including equities, derivatives, and FX — while also partnering with internal stakeholders to enhance data management, reporting accuracy, and workflow automation.The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years’ experience within hedge funds or institutional investment managers, with a deep understanding of non-investment functions and a strong operational mindset.
