Are you an experienced Salesforce Administrator looking for your next contract opportunity?
Our client is seeking a CRM Administrator to join their Business Technology team on a 6-month contract. You'll take ownership of their Salesforce platform, supporting both day-to-day functionality and longer-term enhancements. This hybrid role requires two days per week on-site in Birmingham, with the rest remote.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the lead admin for the organisation’s CRM platform.
- Delivering system changes through both structured projects and change control processes.
- Handling routine admin tasks including user access, data quality, system configuration, and security controls.
- Working with Business Analysts to understand requirements, propose solutions, and deliver changes—either directly or in collaboration with a third-party Salesforce partner.
- Monitoring upcoming platform changes to ensure continued system performance and exploring opportunities for enhancement.
- Overseeing the promotion of changes from sandbox to live environments.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures and core administration tools (e.g. Flows, Lightning page layouts).
- Experience with either Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud.
- Familiarity with change governance and security best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Salesforce accreditations would be highly advantageous.
