Netadmin – Change & Release Manager (Telco) – £650 PD – Outside IR 35 – HybridA leading telecommunications corporation is hiring a Netadmin – Change & Release Manager with experience working within the telco industry and governing the end-to-end change/release processes across retail / wholesale partners within a Salesforce / Netadmin environment.The Change & Release Manager will work cross-functionally with internal teams, PMs, external partners, and vendors to ensure well-controlled deployments and process maturity during this contract period. This is a hands-on coordination role requiring a balance of process governance, stakeholder management, and technical delivery oversight. Our client is paying £650PD, Outside IR 35 to be based in Kings Hill, Kent on a hybrid basis (very occasional travel). Key Responsibilities:

• Own and govern the end-to-end change and release processes across Salesforce-driven Retail and Netadmin-based Wholesale environments.
• Maintain and control the Forward Schedule of Change (FSC), collaborating closely with project managers, development teams, business owners, and external vendors to ensure alignment.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Lead and manage a test team of 2 testers working across Wholesale and Retail domains.
• Drive consistent test planning, execution, and defect management processes.

Continuous Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to improve existing change, release, and testing processes.
• Lead post-release reviews to capture lessons learned and implement improvements.

Essential skills:

• Strong experience in Change Management, Release Management, or Test Management roles
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred).
• Experience with provisioning and operational systems (Netadmin or similar desirable).
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
• Experience preparing and issuing professional release communications.

 Desireable:

• Previous experience working within telecoms, broadband, or ISP sectors.
• Experience with service provider integrations.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and principles.
• Hands-on experience introducing or improving test automation processes.
• Technical understanding of software delivery and deployment processes (Agile/Waterfall).
