We’re looking for a sharp, strategic Customer Insights & Marketing Data Consultant to lead a high-impact project focused on transforming supporter engagement through smarter data use and marketing automation.

You’ll join at a pivotal moment as our client implements a new Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM - laying the foundations for meaningful, data-informed supporter journeys across fundraising, volunteering, and partnerships. This role will shape how we reconnect with our community, turning data into action and insight into lasting impact.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing and delivering automated, insight-led supporter journeys in Dynamics 365 Marketing.
  • Creating smart audience segments and profiling frameworks based on real supporter behaviour.
  • Building predictive models and engagement scoring to improve targeting and prioritisation.
  • Managing the re-engagement of legacy contacts using staged batch sends and domain warm-up best practice.
  • Producing clear documentation, templates and user guides to embed long-term capability.
  • Leading knowledge transfer sessions to upskill internal teams and ensure project sustainability.
  • Advising on CRM structure, consent management and data capture improvements.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Marketing.
  • A deep understanding of email deliverability, sender reputation and GDPR-compliant repermissioning.
  • A confident data translator – someone who can bridge insight and action, and support non-technical users.
  • Proven ability to build audience segments, engagement scoring models and predictive tools.
  • A collaborative consultant who’s comfortable working cross-functionally and driving sustainable outcomes.
