Winner Recruitment is seeking a proactive, results-driven On-Site Account Manager to join our Driving Division in Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about recruitment, thrives on client interaction, and has exceptional attention to detail. This role is based on-site with a key client and covers the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and compliance through to planning and payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Advertise vacancies and proactively source and screen candidates
- Ensure all drivers are fully compliant prior to their start date
- Monitor and ensure adherence to Working Time Directive regulations
- Plan and coordinate driver schedules in line with client requirements
- Liaise closely with the transport team to fully understand operational needs
- Deliver exceptional service to maximise business opportunities, including strategic oversupply where appropriate
- Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both client contacts and agency drivers
- Keep workforce management systems accurate and up to date to maintain compliance
- Accurately complete and submit weekly timesheets to ensure timely and correct driver pay, minimising queries
