We are now looking for an Apprentice Tenant Liaison Officer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. This position is only open to residents within the borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Unfortunately, applicants outside this borough will not be considered.

The Role

As an Apprentice Tenant Liaison Officer, you will support the delivery of one of our key projects by providing an excellent level of customer care. Specifically, you will support the smooth running of the Heat Network project by building positive relationships with residents. Working with the Resident Liaison Officer, you will ensure residents are well informed, supported and involved throughout planned works. Alongside your duties, you will study for Level 2 and Level 3 NVQ qualifications in customer service. Additionally, you will:

  • Arrange appointments with residents
  • Oversee the procedure for resident complaints and respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Ensure resident data is current and compliant with GDPR

About You

To be considered as an Apprentice Tenant Liaison Officer, you will need:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software - Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team to reach objectives
  • Good communication skills and confidence in building relationships
  • An interest in the construction and heating industries
