Teach Now is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for three enthusiastic and proactive General Teaching Assistants to join a vibrant, inclusive, and community-focused primary school in Brent starting September 2025.

We are seeking three teaching assistants to work across Year 1, Year 2, and Year 3, supporting pupils both within the classroom and through targeted interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist class teachers in delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum
- Lead and support small-group and 1:1 booster sessions in phonics, guided reading, and maths catch-up
- Support pupils with special educational needs, including speech and language development
- Help maintain a calm and positive learning environment through proactive behaviour strategies
- Observe and record pupil progress and report insights to teaching staff
- Prepare resources, displays, and engaging learning materials
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to maximise pupil progress
