The company is renowned for its exceptional service and distinctive guest experiences.\\n\\nMain duties:\\nTo manage reservations enquiries and bookings for luxury hotel properties while providing a seamless and memorable experience for international clients.\\n\\nThe role:\\n- Handle incoming room reservations in French and English\\n- Deliver a first-class guest experience with attention to detail and warmth\\n- Maximise room revenue through effective cross-selling and up-selling strategies\\n- Maintain detailed knowledge of multiple hotel properties, offers, and packages\\n- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth guest journeys\\n- Represent the brand professionally via phone, email, and online channels\\n\\nThe candidate:\\n- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)\\n- Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, or customer service preferred\\n- Confident communicator with a warm and professional approach\\n- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment\\n- High standard of personal presentation and interpersonal skills\\n- Proficient with Microsoft 365; knowledge of hotel CRM/reservation systems is an advantage\\n\\nThe salary: £35,000 per annum\\n\\nFrench Selection, leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business (industries and services).
