Unqualified SEND Teacher - Start Your Career in SEND Education
Location: London (SEND schools, bases, and specialist provisions)
Pay: Β£105 - Β£130 per day (PAYE only)
Contract Type: Full-time, long-term temp (perm potential)

SANZA Teaching Agency is working closely with a range of specialist and mainstream schools with SEND bases and units that are looking for unqualified teachers to join their staff teams. These schools offer exceptional training, mentoring and support - ideal for individuals looking to build a career in SEND education.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Deliver structured learning to small groups or 1:1 with pupils with SEND
- Follow EHCP targets and tailored support plans
- Collaborate with SENCOs, therapists, and support staff
- Receive ongoing training and coaching from experienced SEND professionals
- Progress towards qualified teacher status if that is your goal
