In addition, you'll play a key role in developing and mentoring the engineering team—both technically and personally. You will ensure that each team member is supported in delivering exceptional service, with a commitment to quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.\\n\\nThis is a senior role requiring a professional individual with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of teamwork, and a dedication to maintaining the highest industry standards. You will be expected to take ownership of the day-to-day operations while fostering an environment of growth and success.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nDeliver top-tier service, ensuring quality, reliability, and professionalism to our clients\\nMaintain and uphold the highest standards of communication and customer experience\\nProvide technical support to both internal teams and external stakeholders\\nOperate in full compliance with industry regulations and standards\\nCommission and maintain fire detection systems\\nDiagnose and repair faults in fire alarm systems\\nSupport maintenance visits for conventional and addressable fire detection systems\\nAssist with the upkeep of emergency lighting and smoke ventilation systems\\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled engineer looking to take the next step in their career.
