The Role
As a Senior Fire Fault & Commissioning Engineer, you will take the lead on the high-level commissioning and fault-finding of a wide range of fire alarm systems. In addition, you'll play a key role in developing and mentoring the engineering team—both technically and personally. You will ensure that each team member is supported in delivering exceptional service, with a commitment to quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
This is a senior role requiring a professional individual with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of teamwork, and a dedication to maintaining the highest industry standards. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver top-tier service, ensuring quality, reliability, and professionalism to our clients
- Maintain and uphold the highest standards of communication and customer experience
- Provide technical support to both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Operate in full compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Commission and maintain fire detection systems
- Diagnose and repair faults in fire alarm systems
- Support maintenance visits for conventional and addressable fire detection systems
- Assist with the upkeep of emergency lighting and smoke ventilation systems
