About the Role

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a development team of 8–10 engineers, across multiple disciplines.
  • Identify and develop future leaders within the team as the business scales.

  • Confident communicator in client-facing environments β€” able to run workshops and technical discussions.
  • Comfortable balancing hands-on development with high-level technical direction and team management.
  • Experience working on SaaS/PaaS products or large-scale content platforms.
