Tipped is not your average recruitment company. We’re ex-SaaS sales operators (Optimizely, TikTok, etc.) who believe the best way to run a talent business is by hiring people who’ve actually done the job. We’ve flipped the recruitment model on its head and now we’re looking for a Founder’s Associate to help scale the company alongside our founder.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Business Development & Execution: Work directly with me on prospecting and outreach using the latest tools and playbooks. Learn the art of high-level enterprise sales. Join me at top-tier events across the UK, Netherlands, Germany, Barcelona, and the US.
  • Strategy & Team Execution: Be a strategic sounding board for company-defining decisions. Help shape and steer a lean, high-performance team as we scale fast.
  • Brand & Marketing: Assist with creating content, short-form video, and social growth campaigns. Be hands-on in building a standout brand in the recruitment and SaaS space.
  • CEO Projects & Execution: Plan Presidents Club trips, build incentive schemes, run internal ops. Be a true force multiplier for the founder.

What You’ll Get

  • Yearly kick-off trip (we’ve done 4 yearly trips to Cape Town, South Africa so far.)
  • Global travel with the founder.

  • This will be a mentorship like no other.

  • Progression path 1: Chief of Staff — evolve into the strategist behind the founder, helping scale across geographies and verticals.
  • Progression path 2: Talent Partner — step into our 360 recruitment function and earn £100,000–£300,000+ annually, with top-tier support and tools.
