About Jupiter
Jupiter is one of the UK’s leading investment management companies with just over 500 employees and £51.4 billion worth of assets under management (as at 30th June 2023). Jupiter provides investment services to individual and institutional investors through mutual funds (UK unit trusts, Luxembourg SICAVs and Dublin OEICs), separately managed accounts and sub-advised funds. Jupiter has experienced a period of international growth with offices open in EMEA, APAC and the US.
The majority of our employees are based in our London office located just minutes from Victoria station which provides stair-free access from both the Underground’s Victoria line and National Rail platforms, as well as limited road crossings to the Jupiter office. Our London office was designed to encourage employees to live active, healthy lives with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for greater natural light and the benefit of a private balcony, table tennis room, cycle storage and on-site shower and locker facilities. The short distance to Green Park and St James' Park also provides employees with a natural space to relax during their lunch break and a healthy alternative to office-based meetings.
We offer our UK employees a 3:2 hybrid working arrangement where Tuesdays, Thursdays and a third day of your choice are worked from the office. The other two days may be worked from home. This facilitates collaboration and allows employees to maximise productivity whilst maintaining a healthy work/life balance.
Background
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Head of Presentations to lead the transformation of our presentations function at Jupiter Asset Management. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong design execution with the ability to set strategic direction, manage a team, and build trust with senior stakeholders across Investment, Sales, Compliance, and Marketing. You will drive quality, efficiency, and automation across all investor and sales presentations — delivering high standards, consistent output, and enabling speed-to-market for our client-facing materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Oversight
Lead the Presentations team, ensuring delivery of high-quality presentations aligned to business priorities. Provide hands-on design expertise when required, especially for complex or strategic decks. Foster a high-performing culture within the team, blending in-house and outsourced resources. - Stakeholder Engagement
Partner closely with Investment Directors, Fund Managers, Sales, and Compliance to understand evolving needs and build confidence in the team’s delivery. Act as a trusted advisor to internal clients, offering presentation best practice guidance. - Operational Excellence
Oversee and optimise workflows, ensuring on-time, high-quality outputs. Drive continuous improvement in presentation standards, formatting consistency, and brand alignment. Lead the implementation of an "on request" model for non-priority decks. - Automation & Technology
Leverage our recent investment in Seismic to streamline content production and automate recurring decks (e.g., overlay slides, platform decks). Champion data consistency and automation, working with Performance and Technology teams to embed scalable solutions. - Vendor & Resource Management
Oversee the relationship with the offshore outsourced provider, ensuring service levels, quality, and value for money. Manage resource allocation across monthly cyclical, bespoke, and ad hoc presentation workstreams. - Rigorous Compliance and Data Integrity Oversight
Ensure presentations are underpinned by accurate, up-to-date fund performance and market data, sourced from credible Jupiter-approved industry platforms. Maintain adherence to stringent compliance and regulatory frameworks, including FCA Consumer Duty guidelines and anti-greenwashing initiatives. Establish and maintain comprehensive audit trails, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with internal protocols.
Desired Skills / Experience
- Significant experience (10+ years) in presentations within asset management or financial services.
- Hands-on design expertise using PowerPoint, Excel (including VBA scripting), and presentation automation platforms (ideally Seismic).
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the gravitas to influence senior investment and sales professionals.
- Familiarity with performance data, fund reporting standards, and regulatory constraints.
- Experience with vendor management and hybrid delivery models (in-house + outsourced).
- Change management experience and a track record of raising standards and driving operational improvement.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and proven capacity to perform efficiently under high-pressure situations, managing tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Exceptional organizational skills that ensure the delivery of critical projects within stringent timelines.
- Enthusiastic about improving processes and coaching others.
Qualifications Required:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel - including VBA scripting automation, Power Query and Seismic. Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. Familiarity with additional presentation platforms such as Canva and Figma is highly desirable. Investment Management Certificate (IMC) highly desirable.
