About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of HR to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is pivotal in supporting the development and implementation of key HR and Recruitment projects throughout 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Implementing a New HRIS: Lead the selection and integration of a new Human Resource Information System to enhance our HR operations.
- Taking Ownership of the SMCR Project: Oversee the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR) project, ensuring compliance and effective management.
- Supporting the Development of an Apprenticeship Scheme: Collaborate with various departments to design and implement a robust apprenticeship program.
- BAU Activities: Manage day-to-day HR activities, providing commercial advice and ensuring smooth HR operations throughout the contract duration.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully implementing HR systems and initiatives.
- Excellent knowledge of HRIS and SMCR.
- Ability to provide strategic commercial advice and support.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
