The Role:
- Work as a key member of our team, providing support to our clients and workers over a weekend.
- First point of contact for incoming queries via phone, email and Intercom.
- Management of our vendor management systems.
- Using the Coople platform to ensure the best coverage possible of our clientsβ jobs over the weekend.
- Assisting with the delivery of large staffing requests from key clients.
- Collecting feedback from users on potential optimisations and improvements for our platform and services.
- Onboarding of new users to Coople and assistance in the growth of our worker pool.
- Review worker profiles, previous experience and general recruitment tasks over the weekend.
- Supporting our Cooplers reaching their goals and finding rewarding work.
- Delivering the best service possible for our clients.
- You will collaborate with a Customer Support Coordinator over the weekends to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinating and organising handovers to ensure the rest of the Operations team is kept up to date on all client activities over the weekends.
Working pattern: Part-time, 27 hours per week, across 3 days β Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 09:00 to 18:00 (including a daily 1-hour paid lunch break). Immediate start available. This role is remote; however, it is preferred that you attend our London office for training and onboarding during your first 2-3 weeks. Specific days will be arranged in advance, and some training may take place on weekdays.
Skills required:
- Previous experience in a customer support, customer service, operations or recruitment-based role, ideally within a technology or platform-based environment.
- Previous experience in the hospitality sector.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with vendor management systems and platform-based tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Comfortable working independently and managing priorities over weekends.
