Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement streamlined recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Leverage technology and CRMs to optimise talent acquisition workflows.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of resourcers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics and performance data to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.

  • Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment, either from an agency or in-house talent acquisition.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a methodical approach to utilising technology and CRMs.
