Securitisation Associate, 1-4 PQE, US Law Firm, London

Our client, a leading US law firm, is seeking a Securitisation Associate to join its well-regarded Finance team in London.

The incoming associate will work closely with senior lawyers on complex, high-value transactions involving securitisations, CLOs, back-leverage repos, and fund financings. The team advises a prestigious client base, including leading global asset managers, investment firms, and financial institutions.

The successful candidate will be England & Wales qualified with 1-4 years' PQE gained at a recognised finance practice in London. Prior experience documenting and closing structured finance transactions is essential. Familiarity with financial products regulation, including the CRR, Solvency II, the Securitisation Regulation, and AIFMD, would be advantageous. A strong academic background and collaborative mindset are also key.
