The Role:
We're looking for a hands-on, reliable FLT Driver / Technician to join our manufacturing team on the late shift. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with engineering, logistics or manufacturing experience looking to contribute to an industrial products business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating FLT to move materials and components safely around site
- Assembling mechanical components as required
- Picking and packing parts for installation or delivery
- General warehouse duties including materials handling and organisation
- Work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision (late shift)
- Maintain high quality and safety standards on site
What You'll Need:
- Valid FLT licence is essential
- NVQ Level 2/3 in a relevant field or proven hands-on assembly/welding experience
- Background in engineering, warehousing or manufacturing
- Apprenticeship background preferred (if not highly experienced)
- Semi-skilled welding and/or mechanical assembly a bonus
- Motivated, dependable, and a team player
