This creative event production agency produces luxury, high value global campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands! Creating a range of projects from large-scale PR stunts to immersive launch activations, they are a boutique agency who offer a highly personal service, with carefully considered production from design through to delivery.
As they continue to grow their events team, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to come up with wild creative ideas for great brands at a high pace – while shaping the company and making their events famous and the ‘go-to’ in the industry.
THE ROLE
The Creative Event Production Director will be responsible for the smooth running of a large number of projects and activations within the agency. Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will lead the day-to-day management of direct reports within your team, accountable for their performance and providing them with learning and development opportunities.
Leading and producing large-scale projects and activations within the agency, you will get involved in:
- The full development of creative projects from initial idea through to reality;
- Interpreting and responding to briefs;
- Writing creative proposals and presentations;
- Driving creative ideation through mood boarding and coordinating with the creative team;
- Implementing project timelines and production scheduling;
- Briefing and liaising with internal teams;
- Building and managing budgets;
- Leading client relationships and nurturing accounts;
- Contracting and negotiating with 3rd parties, including management of SOW;
- On-site event delivery – UK and overseas;
- Post-event evaluation of all projects (led by the Producer);
- Leading and inspiring the team to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will come with at least 10 years’ experience working within a creative event or experiential agency. We are looking for experience in delivering integrated campaigns involving events, knowledge of the whole production process, and the ability to interpret a brand and develop creative concepts that exceed expectations.
You will need to be able to work at a fast pace and love a busy, ever-changing environment. They are looking for someone who can challenge the status quo, innovate, and be open to trying new things.
