An excellent opportunity for a Document Control Manager to work across leading EPC Projects. You will need to be experienced in setting up a document control team and managing various parties on projects. This role is critical for establishing robust processes, selecting and configuring appropriate tools (such as EDMS or DMS platforms), training staff, and ensuring long-term compliance with internal and external documentation standards.
As a Document Manager you will be responsible for the below:
- Design and implement a comprehensive document control framework tailored to organizational and project-specific needs.
- Select and configure a Document Management System (DMS) or Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), including workflow automation and access control.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and document classification structures (e.g., numbering, naming conventions, metadata).
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in document control, with at least 2 years in a leadership or implementation role.
Proven experience in setting up or overhauling a document control system (manual or electronic).
Proficiency with document control software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, M-Files, OpenText, etc.).
Strong understanding of document lifecycle management, compliance, and audit requirements.
