Your key responsibilities:
- Be responsible for delivering an unforgettable stay for our guests.
- Deal with guest requests, check guests in and out, answer any telephone enquiries.
- Deliver a discreet service that exceeds the exceptional standards set by Rocco Forte Hotels.
- Be the confident face behind the reception desk and the first point of contact between guests and the hotel.
- Have previous experience from within a luxury service environment (preferred).
- Have an excellent understanding of the 5 star hospitality industry.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.
