Are you an experienced food and beverage hospitality professional ready to take the reins at one of Cheltenham's most prestigious boutique hotels? Our client, a luxury boutique hotel operator with a renowned portfolio across the UK, is looking for an exceptional Restaurant & Events Manager to lead their vibrant food & beverage operation.
This stunning property offers both casual and fine dining, serving a discerning clientele from lunch through dinner, seven days a week. You'll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of private events, casual brasserie and outdoor terrace, with a particular focus on the rosette-awarded restaurant where excellence in service and presentation are non-negotiable.
What We're Looking For:
- An experienced hotel Restaurant Manager or F&B Manager with a background in boutique or independent hotels.
- Proven experience in rosette-standard dining environments.
- Strong wine, cocktail, and beverage knowledge.
- A motivational leader able to manage and inspire a team of up to 20.
- Someone hands-on, passionate, and ready to work evenings and weekends as part of a dynamic team.
