My client is a small but very friendly trade association based in central London. The team is well established incredibly friendly and supportive. \\n\\nThey are looking for an Office Executive to join them ASAP on a temp to perm basis\\n\\nThe temping period will be a great way for both parties to get to know each other before signing a contract\\n\\nDuties to include:\\n\\nAnswering incoming calls and dealing with queries from members and prospective members \\n\\nMeeting and greet visitors to the office Managing incoming emails and distributiong appropriately \\n\\nInvoicing \\n\\nManaging company suppliers including stationery \\n\\nBooking travel and accommodation for the team booking venues for meetings \\n\\nAbout you\\n\\nexcellent work ethic and commitment to learning \\nflexible approach to work \\nstrong team player \\nprevious office experience not necessary but \\nstrong customer service skills are essential strong IT skills essential
