Roller Operator

We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Ride-On Roller Operator to join our clients teams on busy civil engineering and construction projects across the Midlands. The ideal candidate will be confident operating a ride-on roller machine to compact soil, stone, tarmac and other materials to required specifications.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Operate a ride-on roller to compact materials for roadworks, groundwork, and other construction-related tasks\\n\\n * \\n\\n Carry out pre-start and daily checks on machinery\\n\\n * \\n\\n Work efficiently alongside groundworkers and other site operatives\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure health & safety standards are met at all times\\n\\n * \\n\\n Maintain good communication with site supervisors\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * Valid CPCS or NPORS Ride-On Roller ticket\\n\\n * Previous experience in a similar role\\n\\n * Full PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots)\\n\\n * Good work ethic and ability to work as part of a team\\n\\n * Reliable and punctual\\n\\n * CSCS card (preferred but not essential)\\n\\nWhat We Offer:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Competitive pay rates, paid weekly\\n\\n * \\n\\n Long-term work opportunities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Supportive working environment\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ongoing contracts and potential for further training
