Depending on experience, your responsibilities may include: Daily production leadership
keeping workflow smooth and output high Quality & safety oversight
ensuring everything meets spec and stays safe Team development
coaching staff, running 1-1s, building future leaders Efficiency improvement
reducing bottlenecks, hitting targets, scaling for growth Cross-team collaboration
working with design, sales, and procurement to deliver on time What Were Looking For
