Job Features

Our clients are looking for a Lettings Manager with a successful track record of running a successful office to join their team! The candidates must be dynamic, organised, possess good people skills, be articulate, ambitious, and focused on driving growth in the Letting industry while having entrepreneurial flair.

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday 8.45am – 6pm

Saturday 9.45am – 4pm

5 day working week with a rota system: 1 in every 3 Saturdays off

Salary: From £35,000.00 per year, OTE £60,000 per year

DUTIES:

  1. Generating and conducting market appraisals
  2. Winning instructions
  3. Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
  4. Managing a team, including regular team meetings, holiday approval, and payroll reporting
  5. Reporting to the directors on a Weekly/Monthly basis
  6. Ensuring office targets are being met and exceeded
  7. Cross-selling Sales, Lettings, and Property Management services
  8. Ensuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained and CRM data reporting systems upheld

  1. Experience of increasing market share
  2. Strong market share winner
  3. Ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal skills and people management experience
  4. Strong negotiation and communication skills
  5. Desire and success in winning new business
  6. Motivator of people
  7. Excellent presentation and communication skills
  8. Full UK Driving License required
  9. Industry recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP, and ARLA are advantageous but not essential
  10. Ambitious, dynamic, and motivated
  11. Strong timekeeping and time management skills
