Procore Implantation & Training Specialist

Taylor Hopkinson is looking for a Procore expert to spearhead our client\’s platform\’s company-wide implementation and provide comprehensive training to all relevant staff. This role is crucial in aligning the project delivery processes with best-in-class digital tools, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term success with Procore.Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Procore across the company Customize workflows, templates, and tools to align with company project delivery processes (EPC model, BESS, etc.) Develop and deliver engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual) for employees at all levels Act as the primary liaison between our company and Procore\’s customer support team Establish best practices, SOPs, and user guides for internal use Monitor adoption, collect feedback, and iterate improvements Provide ongoing support and mentoring to super-users and project teams Ensure data migration, integrations, and project setup are handled efficiently and correctly Requirements Proven experience in Procore implementation and training (minimum 3 years) Strong understanding of project delivery models, ideally EPC or construction/infrastructure projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage change and drive adoption across teams Familiarity with BESS or similar energy/infrastructure projects is a strong advantage Training, teaching, or instructional design experience is a plus Procore certification(s) preferred Why Join Us?
