Our tech stack:

Requirements:
– Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline (e.g., University degree)
– Vendor-aligned certification in quality or testing (e.g., ISTQB) required
– Minimum of 5 years experience delivering Information Technology services in a complex, professional environment with hands-on knowledge of all aspects of the IT Quality Assurance process
– At least 3 years experience in a team lead or management position, ideally with team management responsibilities in an IT environment
– Extensive knowledge of various testing techniques and methodologies, including functional (unit, integration, system, acceptance) and non-functional (security, performance, compatibility)
– Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
– Proficient in various testing tools and methods, such as ISTQB, ISEB, PMP, QAI, 9001, ISO, HP, CAPM, SILK, ALM, ADO
– Demonstrated ability in creating and developing Quality Strategies, Policies, and Test Plans
– Proven experience in delivering quality management frameworks and systems
– Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA, HP ALM)
– Experience with automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, QTP, Cypress, LoadRunner)
– Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, SQL)
– Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
– Fundamental knowledge of the ITIL framework and/or other IT Service Management methodologies with 3 years experience in an ITIL-based environment preferred (including service delivery and support within the service transition phase)
– Experience using IT Service Management systems, preferably ServiceNow
– Ability to quickly acquire knowledge of new service elements for complex line of business applications and services
– Demonstrated teamwork, problem-solving, initiative, and integrity
– In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant standards (e.g., ISO9001)
– Excellent interpersonal and written English communication skills
– Extensive experience with quality portfolio and program management best practices
– Proven experience overseeing the design, packaging, testing, and deployment of software releases
– High competence with flowchart and process mapping tools and procedures
– Ability to manage risks and issues operationally and tactically
– Strong documentation skills to ensure all documented information and processes are well understood by development and support teams
Your responsibilities are:
– Lead the enhancement of our Automation Quality Assurance function, maintaining a focus on automation
– Work collaboratively to provide recommendations for tools to implement based on stakeholder needs
– Develop standards, processes, and implement governance in the QA function
– Lead a team comprising internal employees and third-party vendors, ensuring alignment with business goals
– Maintain end-to-end Quality Assurance across new products being introduced within the organization
– Command key leaders to facilitate plans and ensure adherence to timelines
– Provide assertive leadership to navigate challenges and support team growth
