Compliance Director

We are currently partnered with a large private credit firm in London that are looking for a Compliance Director in the team. The role will primarily tasked with running EMEA related compliance tasks, with direct report into the Global Chief Compliance Officer.ResponsibilitiesProvide regulatory and compliance advice to all investment teams.Lead relevant regulatory projects and provide strategic guidance on new business initiatives.Manage and mentor the London compliance team.Assist with day-to-day compliance matters, such as COE, AML/KYC and reporting.Deliver training to investment professionals and key stakeholders.Requirements7 – 12+ years of compliance experience, with strong credit knowledge and understanding.Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments.For more information about this position, please get in touch with Jackson Baker.Email: jackson@rutherfordsearch.comPhone: +1 332 256 0130 #J-18808-Ljbffr
