Overview

My client, a leading professional services organisation, is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Agile CRM Business Analyst to join their team on a 6-month contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned BA with CRM and real estate experience to contribute to a high-impact digital transformation programme.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to analyse requirements, drive CRM platform enhancements, and deliver solutions that improve customer engagement and support strategic initiatives. The role will sit within a dynamic, collaborative team and offers the flexibility of remote working with occasional London-based meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse business needs and translate them into clear CRM system requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, marketing, and property management
  • Gather, document, and prioritise business requirements for CRM improvements and features
  • Recommend best practices for CRM implementation, upgrade paths, and usability enhancements
  • Conduct system and user acceptance testing (UAT), support go-live activity, and resolve post-deployment issues
  • Support training and onboarding for users, and respond to ongoing CRM-related queries
  • Maintain and update CRM process documentation and workflows
  • Liaise with IT teams and vendors to support integrations and system updates
  • Align CRM functionality with business goals and operational processes in the real estate context

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a CRM-focused Business Analyst, ideally within the real estate or professional services sector
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM process mapping, data flow documentation, and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience delivering in an Agile environment, including user story creation, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple streams of work, and deliver to tight timelines
  • Strong analytical thinking and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with property or real estate workflows (e.g., leasing, sales pipelines, tenant lifecycle)
  • Understanding of CRM integrations with ERP or marketing automation tools
  • Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional technical teams
  • Knowledge of data governance, GDPR, or customer data best practices
