Job Title: Business Analyst (Private Equity-eFront focused)

Location: Hybrid (x3 days per week to London)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in private equity/private markets, focusing on front office implementation with eFront.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with front office teams to understand and document business requirements for deal origination, execution, and investment management workflows.
• Design and implement solutions for portfolio management processes, including risk, analytics, performance, and attribution reporting specific to private equity and alternative investments.
• Lead the setup and ongoing optimization of investment vehicle structures, ensuring operational readiness for new funds and investments.
• Oversee and coordinate pre- and post-deal compliance processes, including regulatory checks, KYC, and documentation.
