Non-Executive Director – Role Overview:

As the Chair of Risk, you will hold the Senior Management Function (SMF10) responsibility, leading the bank’s risk governance framework. This role is crucial in ensuring that the bank’s risk management practices are robust, effective, and aligned with regulatory standards across all jurisdictions.

Non-Executive Director – Key Responsibilities:

– Lead the Risk Committee, providing strategic guidance on risk appetite, risk policies, and risk management

– Oversee the development and implementation of risk management frameworks

– Collaborate with senior executives and the board to ensure the bank’s risk strategies align with business objectives
