Senior Developer - Hedge Fund

Our client, a well-established global investment firm, is currently looking to hire a Senior Developer to support the technical development of its front and back-office systems. The Role

The successful candidate will take ownership of key technical projects, working closely with engineering and business teams to deliver robust, scalable systems. This role requires a mix of hands-on development, architectural input, and mentoring.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the end-to-end development of internal systems across front and back office
• Guiding implementation and promoting best practices across the tech team
• Mentoring junior developers and supporting team growth
• Driving cloud adoption and contributing to security architecture
• Communicating technical solutions effectively to senior stakeholders

Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, ideally within financial services or enterprise environments
• Strong technical skills across modern programming languages and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Experience working on both front and back-office systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• A collaborative mindset with an interest in mentoring and technical leadership
